[§304-8.98] University of Hawaii graduate application revolving fund. There is established a University of Hawaii graduate application revolving fund for graduate program application processing. The board of regents may establish appropriate charges for application processing. The revenues from such charges shall be deposited into this revolving fund and be used to pay the costs of processing applications to all graduate programs. [L 1995, c 68, §1]
