§286-241 Notification of suspension, revocation, or cancellation of commercial driver's licenses or permits. After suspending, revoking, or canceling a commercial driver's license or permit, the records of the examiner of drivers shall be updated to reflect that action within ten days. After suspending, revoking, or canceling a nonresident commercial driver's license or permit, the examiner of drivers shall notify the licensing authority of the state which issued the commercial driver's license within ten days.
