[§196-16] Agency energy teams. Each agency shall form a technical support team consisting of appropriate procurement, legal, budget, management, and technical representatives to expedite and encourage the agency's use of appropriations, energy-savings performance contracts, and other alternative financing mechanisms necessary to meet the goals and requirements of this part.
