§33. Apportionment of Senators. The electors in the said senatorial districts shall be entitled to elect senators as follows:

In the first senatorial district, five;

In the second senatorial district, two;

In the third senatorial district, five;

In the fourth senatorial district, five;

In the fifth senatorial district, five;
