§431:10A-404 Persons authorized to transact insurance. [Section effective until June 30, 2002. For section effective July 1, 2002, see below.] Notwithstanding the provisions of article 9, any person licensed to transact disability insurance as a general agent, subagent or solicitor may transact extended health insurance and may be paid a commission in accordance with commission schedules filed with the commissioner as required by section 431:10A-406.
