§431:9-228 Place of business. [Section effective until June 30, 2002. For section effective July 1, 2002, see below.] (a) Every licensed general agent, subagent, adjuster, and independent bill reviewer shall have and maintain in this State, or, if a nonresident agent or broker, in the state of the agent's or broker's domicile, a place of business accessible to the public.

(b) The place of business shall be that wherein the licensee principally conducts transactions under the licensee's licenses.
