§431:9-101 Scope. [Section effective until June 30, 2002. For section effective July 1, 2002, see below.] This article shall govern the qualifications and procedures for granting licenses to all insurance agents, brokers, surplus lines brokers, nonresident agents or brokers, subagents, solicitors, adjusters, independent bill reviewers, and limited service representatives.
