§514A-81 Bylaws. The operation of the property shall be governed by bylaws, a true copy of which shall be recorded in the same manner as the declaration. No amendment to the bylaws is valid unless the amendment is duly recorded. [L 1977, c 98, pt of §2; am L 1982, c 160, §2]
