§431:9-205 Number of applications. (a) The filing of personal data by an individual in connection with one application for a general agent's or subagent's license shall be sufficient, regardless of the number of principals to be represented by the licensee or the number of subsequent applications by the same applicant.

(b) The commissioner may, for the commissioner's information from time to time, require any licensed general agent, subagent or solicitor to supply the commissioner with the information called for in an application for license. [L 1987, c 347, pt of §2]
