§421-22 Annual reports.
An association formed under this chapter, within ninety days after the close of its fiscal year, shall file with the director of commerce and consumer affairs and with the department of agriculture an annual report containing the name of the association, its place of business, and a general statement of its business operations during the fiscal year, showing the amount of capital stock paid up and the number of shareholders, if a stock corporation, or the number of members and the amount of membership fees received, if a nonstock association; an income statement; and its balance sheet. A copy of the report shall be submitted to the members at their annual meeting, or mailed to each member of the association, or printed in an official publication of the association.
