§412:2-605 Subpoena power. The commissioner shall have the power and authority to summon persons and subpoena witnesses, compel their attendance, require production of evidence, administer oaths and examine any person under oath in conducting any proceeding under this part. Any summons or subpoena may be served by certified mail with return receipt requested. Powers granted under this section may be enforced by the circuit court. [L 1993, c 350, pt of §1]
