§373C-12 Powers and duties. The Hawaii state occupational information coordinating committee shall coordinate the development, dissemination, and application of occupational and career information for the purposes of occupational, educational, and employment training planning and for the delivery and use of career information in educational and occupational decision making by youth, trainees, and job seekers. Any state agency represented on the coordinating committee may operate programs to implement these purposes. The Hawaii state occupational information coordinating committee shall facilitate the integration of occupational information into program planning. [L 1983, c 193, pt of §1]
