[§323C-54] Prevention and deterrence. To promote the prevention and deterrence of acts or omissions that violate laws designed to safeguard the protected health information in a manner consistent with this chapter, the director of the office of information practices, with any other appropriate individual, organization, or agency, may provide advice, training, technical assistance, and guidance regarding ways to prevent improper disclosure of protected health information.
