§314-17 Compensation. Employees of the Hawaii public broadcasting authority shall be compensated in their respective categories as follows:

(1) Category (a) -clerical, nonprofessional and nontechnical. All employees in this category shall be compensated in accordance with chapter 77.

(2) Category (b) -professional and technical. All employees in this category who are determined by the director of human resources development to be subject to chapter 76 shall be compensated in accordance with chapter 77. All other employees in this category who are determined to be exempted from chapters 76 and 77 shall be compensated in accordance with an annual employment contract.
