§305E-1 College-credit equivalency program established; purpose. There is established at the University of Hawaii and the community colleges a college-credit equivalency program. The purpose of this program is to award college credits to students who are enrolled in a degree or certificate program at the University of Hawaii or at a community college and who have successfully completed at a high school, business school, trade school, adult education school, or military training program, courses which are equivalent to courses offered for credit in the University of Hawaii system.
