Public Housing; Evictions

§201G-51 Definitions. As used in this subpart:

"Party" means each person or agency named or admitted as a party or properly seeking and entitled as of right to be admitted as a party in any court or agency proceeding.

"Public housing project" means a housing project directly controlled, owned, developed, or managed by the corporation pursuant to subparts A, B, and H. [L 1997, c 350, pt of §2; am L 1998, c 212, §13]
