§201-92 Office of tourism. There is established an office of tourism within the department of business, economic development, and tourism.

For the period beginning January 1, 1999, and for each year thereafter, the office of tourism shall provide assistance to the Hawaii tourism authority established in section 201B-2. [L 1990, c 293, pt of §3; am L 1994, c 223, §3; am L 1998, c 156, §3]
