§87-2 Establishment of the fund. There shall be a health trust fund to be known as the "Hawaii Public Employees Health Fund."

The fund shall consist of contributions, interest, income, dividends, refunds, rate credits, and other returns.

The fund shall be under the control of the board of trustees and placed within the department of budget and finance for administrative purposes. The director of finance shall have custody of the fund. [L 1961, c 146, pt of §1; am L 1963, c 114, §1; Supp, §5A-2; HRS §87-2]
