§83-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter:

"Receiving agency" means any local, national, or foreign governmental agency or private agency with government sponsored programs or projects which receives any employee thereof from another governmental agency.

"Sending agency" means any local, national, or foreign governmental agency or private agency with government sponsored programs or projects which sends any employee thereof to another governmental agency. [L 1965, c 164, pt of §1; Supp, §5-141; HRS §83-1]
