§80-7 Meals during overtime. If an employee of the State or any county is required to work overtime in an emergency situation, with less than twenty-four hours prior notice, and because of such overtime work the employee is unable to go home for a meal the employee usually consumes at home, the department or agency by which the employee is employed shall furnish the meal or reimburse the employee for the reasonable cost thereof.
