§79-9 Sick leave and workers' compensation benefits. A public officer or employee who is receiving workers' compensation wage loss replacement benefits may use the officer's or employee's accumulated sick leave credits to supplement the workers' compensation wage loss replacement benefits to a sum equal to the officer's or employee's regular salary.
