An employee with continuous military service running from one calendar year to the next is entitled to 15-day military leave for each calendar year. Att. Gen. Op. 72-17.

Where an employee uses a portion of employee's military leave for the succeeding year, only the portion used is cancelled. Att. Gen. Op. 74-13.
