§78-16 Payment of traveling expenses from special fund, prohibited when. [Section repealed July 1, 2002. L 2000, c 253, §86.] No expenditure for traveling abroad on official business of the State by any officer or employee shall be made from any special fund without the prior authorization of the governor.
