§76-55 Membership of civil service. [Section repealed July 1, 2002. L 2000, c 253, §65.] All regular employees and all other employees having a permanent appointment in civil service pursuant to law shall constitute the membership of the civil service, but no employee shall be entitled to membership in civil service unless the employee has been appointed in accordance with law and has satisfied all requirements for employment, including those prescribed by section 78-1.
