§76-4 Agreements of state, county departments, judiciary, and the Hawaii health systems corporation.
[Section repealed July 1, 2002. L 2000, c 253, §38.] The state department of human resources development, the judiciary, the several departments of civil service of the counties, and the Hawaii health systems corporation may enter into agreements for the joint administration of matters that may be practicable and consistent with this chapter and chapter 77, including the conducting of examinations and other procedures for the establishment and use of eligible lists, reciprocity in the use of eligible lists, and the conducting of salary studies. All eligible lists established or used under the agreements shall be as fully effective as those established or used separately.
