§560:3-914 Disposition of unclaimed assets. If an heir, devisee, or claimant cannot be found, the personal representative shall distribute the share of the missing person, whether realty or personalty, to that person's guardian of the property, if any, otherwise to the State to become a part of the treasury of the State under chapters 523A and 665, as appropriate.
