Note

L 1999, c 240, §11 provides:

"SECTION 11. Until such time as new or revised fees are adopted by the director of commerce and consumer affairs pursuant to chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the fee assessed for any application:

(1) Filed after the effective date of this Act [July 2, 1999], shall be the lowest non-renewable application fee assessed at the time of the effective date of this Act [July 2, 1999]; and

(2) Existing on the effective date of this Act [July 2, 1999], shall be assessed fees pursuant to the Hawaii Administrative Rules applicable to that application prior to the effective date of this Act [July 2, 1999]."
