[§415B-3] Applicability. This chapter relating to domestic corporations shall apply to:
(1) Any corporation organized under this chapter; and
(2) Any nonprofit corporation heretofore organized under any law superseded by this chapter, for a purpose or purposes for which a corporation might be organized under this chapter.
The provisions of this chapter relating to foreign corporations shall apply to all foreign nonprofit corporations conducting affairs in this State for any purpose for which a corporation might be organized under this chapter. [L 1985, c 270, pt of §1]
