[§415B-154] Information disclosed by interrogatories. Interrogatories proposed by the director and the answers thereto shall not be open to public inspection. The director shall not disclose any facts or information obtained from the interrogatories except insofar as the director's official duty requires any such facts or information to be made public or if the interrogatories or the answers thereto are required for evidence in any criminal proceedings or other action by this State.
