§415B-131 Amendment to articles of incorporation of foreign corporation. Whenever the articles of incorporation of a foreign corporation authorized to conduct affairs in this State are amended to change its corporate name, the foreign corporation, within thirty days after the amendment becomes effective, shall deliver to the director for filing a copy of the amendment duly certified by the proper officer of the jurisdiction in which the corporation is incorporated.
