§415B-129 Registered office and registered agent of foreign corporation. Any foreign corporation authorized to conduct affairs in this State shall have and continuously maintain in this State:

(1) A registered office which may be the same as its principal office; and

(2) A registered agent which may be either an individual resident in this State whose business office is identical to the corporation's registered office, or a profit or nonprofit domestic corporation having an office identical with the corporation's registered office.
