§415B-126 Effect of certificate of authority. Upon the issuance of a certificate of authority which shall be effective as of the date the application for the certificate of authority is delivered to the director for filing a foreign corporation shall be authorized to conduct affairs in this State for any purpose set forth in the corporation's application; provided that this State may suspend or revoke such authority pursuant to this chapter.
