§415B-124 Application for certificate of authority.
In order to procure a certificate of authority to conduct affairs in this State, a foreign corporation shall submit an application therefor to the director stating:(1) The name of the corporation and the jurisdiction under which it is incorporated;
(2) The date of incorporation and the period of duration of the corporation;
(3) The mailing address of the principal office of the corporation in the jurisdiction in which it is incorporated;
(4) The address of the corporation's proposed registered office in this State and the name of its proposed registered agent in this State at that address;
(5) Any purpose of the corporation which it proposes to pursue in conducting its affairs in this State;
(6) The names and respective addresses of the directors and officers of the corporation; and
(7) Any additional information necessary or appropriate to enable the director to determine whether the corporation is entitled to a certificate of authority to conduct affairs in this State. [L 1985, c 270, pt of §1; am L 1987, c 135, §184]
