§415-3 Purposes. Every corporation incorporated under this chapter has the purpose of engaging in any lawful business, unless a more limited purpose is set forth in the articles of incorporation; provided that the following purposes are prohibited:

(1) Activities under chapter 412, except when prior approval is obtained pursuant to chapter 412;

(2) Activities under chapter 431, except when prior approval is obtained pursuant to chapter 431; and
