"(2) Any corporation, professional corporation, or nonprofit corporation involuntarily dissolved prior to July 1, 1999, may be reinstated within ninety days, pursuant to the requirements, other than the two-year requirement, of sections 415-95, 415A-18, or 415B-98, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), respectively."
