Plaintiff corporation's single visit to Hawaii and subsequent contract with defendants did not constitute "transacting" business to require plaintiff to obtain a certificate of authority; thus, the fact that plaintiff corporation did not have a certificate to do business did not prevent it from bringing suit. 949 F.
