§375-11 Revocation and cancellation. Any certificate may be revoked or canceled for cause at any time by the director of labor and industrial relations after affording all interested parties reasonable opportunity for a fair hearing. Cause shall mean violation of this chapter, or of chapter 387 or 388. No new certificate shall be issued to the offending party for a period up to one year.
