§322-54 Filth, penalty. Every person who keeps the person's dwelling in so filthy a state as to be a nuisance or injurious to health, or who refuses or neglects to remove any nuisance or substance the person may have caused or placed in the vicinity of the dwelling the person occupies or any other dwelling, or commits any nuisance in any stream or thoroughfare, shall be fined not more than $3, or be imprisoned not more than thirty days.
