§206X-13 Declaration of public function, purpose, and necessity. The powers and functions granted to and exercised by the convention center authority under this chapter are declared to be public and governmental functions, exercised for a public purpose, and matters of public necessity. All real and other property and privileges acquired and used by or on behalf of the State by the convention center authority under this chapter shall and are declared to be acquired and used for public and governmental purposes as a matter of public necessity.
