[§132D-14] Penalty. (a) Any person importing aerial common fireworks or special fireworks into the State without first having obtained a license as required by section 132D-7 shall be guilty of a class C felony.

(b) Except as provided in subsection (a), any person violating any other provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor. [L 1994, c 180, pt of §1]
