Payment of portion of benefits that is made up from employee's sick leave allowance is mandatory and not subject to employee's election. (Prior law.) Att. Gen. Op. 79-6.

(Under prior law requiring supplementation from sick leave credits,) where wage loss benefits are payable by a no-fault insurer, sick leave credits are charged only if the sum of the no-fault benefits and the workers' compensation benefits is less than the regular salary. Att. Gen. Op. 81-3.
