§78-51 Applicability of chapter to the
judiciary and the Hawaii health systems corporation. All of the provisions of this chapter apply with equal force to the judiciary and the Hawaii health systems corporation as to the State. The powers and duties assigned in this chapter shall, with respect to the judiciary, be assigned to the chief justice of the supreme court in the place and stead of the governor or chief executive officer for the State, and to the administrative director of the courts in the place and stead of the director of human resources development. The powers and duties assigned in this chapter, with respect to the Hawaii health systems corporation, shall be assigned to the chief executive officer of the Hawaii health systems corporation in the place and stead of the governor or chief executive officer for the State, and to the Hawaii health systems chief executive officer's designee in the place and stead of the director of human resources development.
